The trick is that when you are making mango juice, do not take the peels off. cut the mango with the peels and put them in the blender. Add some ginger in it and 2 to 3 leaves of mint. You can add either milk or water, the expert also said that it will taste very good even without sugar. Mango is very sweet so it doesn’t need sugar but if people want more sweetness then they can add a little jaggery (gur) to it.
